KRAV MAGA
Krav Maga is the official self defense and fighting system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga’s techniques are battlefield-tested and proven to quickly eliminate threats. The moves are simple to perform and work powerfully with your body’s natural instincts which makes it easy to master, even for a novice. You’ll be fit, confident and have a “killer look” in no time! Krav Maga classes are fast paced, fun and taught by our highest-ranking Krav practitioners, several of whom are among the very few Krav Maga black belts in the U.S. Give it a try; it’s the workout that could save your life!
CROSSFIT
We used to have different fitness classes such as Kick Box Aerobics but when we saw CrossFit it blew us away! This cutting edge practical fitness class is the perfect complement for our real-world style of self defense. See the CrossFit page for a better description.
WEAPONS DISARM SEMINAR
On the first Friday of every month in Gahanna and the third Friday in Hilliard, we have a free seminar for our members. Learn Krav Maga techniques for disarming knives, sticks, long rifles and hand guns. These are easy to learn, easy to do and extremely effective! Like all of our classes this is the workout that could save your life!
BOXING TAUGHT BY OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST JERRY PAGE
Learn boxing skills while getting a great workout. Improve your punching, combinations, defense and conditioning with an Olympic Gold Medalist—it doesn’t get any better than that!! This non-contact workout is taught by Jerry Page who took the gold in the 1984 L.A. games. We are thrilled to have him as a staff member at our facility!
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
This ground fighting class is a surprisingly good workout! Learn ground skills as you are getting a complete core strength workout. This class is easy to follow for beginners while also giving the “ground specialist” a great learning experience.
MUAY THAI
Put your punch, elbow and kick combinations together and improve your conditioning.
FIGHT CLASS
Start putting your mixed martial arts training to use. Work combinations with hands and feet, takedowns, takedown defenses, ground and pound work, etc. Classes are well supervised and control is expected. Head gear, forearm and shin pads, cup (male), mouthpieces and gloves are mandatory. This is a light contact class. In Hilliard, after this class there is a 20 minute sparring session for those members who are level two and above. In Gahanna, this class is only open to level two students.
CARDIO MMA
This ain't your mama's cardio kickboxing!! The evolution of the popular cardio karate workouts continues with our Cardio MMA! Five 5 minute rounds of punches, kicks, muay thai, ground and pound, strength, core and more will get you into the shape of your life....guaranteed! This non-contact, no-partner 30-minute workout is sweeping the nation. Give it a try today!!
YOGA
This Vinyasa-style class will help improve your flexibility, balance and breath control. All things a good fighter needs!
