OKM CrossFit games

Scoring will be based on your relative finish for each WOD, then collectively over the first three events. For example if I place 3rd on 1, 8th on 2 and 15th on 3, my score is 26. An athlete who scored 4th on 1, 2nd on 2 and 16th on 3 would score 22 and would therefore beat me with a lower total score. Top 8 male and female performers in the first three WODs will advance to the 4th WOD.

WOD 1: Drag n’ Drop

For time, two rounds of:
7 Dead Lifts (225 men/135 women)
75m Sled pull (90/45)
11 burpees
75m Sled pull

WOD 2: I Got Skillz

Three-tiered scoring possibilities. 3 points awarded for first level listed, 2 points for the second, 1 point for the third, 0 points for a failed or unattempted skill. You’ll be ranked in order of your points for each skill, and your rank will be your score for the event. Maximum points at each station: 3. Maximum points for WOD: 30.

Consecutive pull ups (30/20/15 Men)/(20/15/10  Women)
Rope climb (no feet/with feet/6 unbroken rigid rope climbs)
Consecutive double-unders (20/15/10)
400m run (1:20/1:30/1:40)
500m row (1:35/1:45/1:55)
Muscle up (deadhang/kipping/3 unbroken jumping)
Hand Stand Pushups (1 on rings/5 on ground/1 on ground)
Clean and Jerk 1min time limit (3 reps BW/2 reps BW/1 rep BW)
